Founder & Board Member

What started as a mission to bridge the gap in supplemental education has grown into a thriving, nationwide support system. After leading the foundation through its formative years, David now serves on the board and acts as a mentor to the executive team, guiding our long-term vision and ensuring our commitment to accessible education never wavers.

Jackson Sun

Director of Programs

As the operational engine of the foundation, Jackson coordinates between our diverse departments to guarantee that every tutoring session and community initiative runs smoothly. Jackson's focus is on maintaining the high quality and accessibility of our services, ensuring our volunteer network is fully equipped to support students exactly where they are.

Alisa Wang

Director of Aegis English

Under Alisa's leadership, Aegis English focuses on helping young learners find and strengthen their voices. Alisa curates programs and mentors tutors to guide students through the complexities of language arts, ensuring they develop both the technical skills and the confidence to express their ideas clearly and effectively.

Josie Kwok

Director of Outreach

Josie is the vital bridge between Learn Link Foundation and the broader community. She spearheads our efforts to connect with local K-12 schools, families, and community centers. Additionally, Josie leads the recruitment and onboarding of our generous volunteer network, ensuring we always have dedicated mentors ready to stand by a student's side and say, "Let's do this together."

President

Fiona leads the executive board and collaborates closely with all department directors, ensuring that every branch of the organization works in perfect harmony. Focused on the foundation's continued growth, Fiona ensures that Learn Link's core promise of free and accessible support reaches every student who needs it.

An aspiring engineer, Andy leads our mathematics division with a clear goal: to dismantle the "I'm not a math person" mindset. From foundational arithmetic to advanced high school concepts, Andy ensures that Math Connect provides a supportive, patient environment where students can make mistakes, ask questions, and build lasting problem-solving confidence.

To truly support a student, we know we have to look at the whole picture. Our foundation is structured into specialized departments, each dedicated to a different facet of a young learner's growth and the operational engine that keeps our services 100% free.

Core Academics & Creativity


Math Connect

  • Demystifying numbers and building confidence. We are here to dismantle the "I'm not a math person" mindset. From foundational arithmetic to advanced high school calculus and competition prep, Math Connect provides patient, step-by-step support to help students build lasting problem-solving skills in a safe, judgment-free environment.

 

Aegis English

  • Helping every student find their voice. Aegis English champions literacy, reading comprehension, and creative writing. We guide young learners through the complexities of language arts, providing the tailored resources and mentorship they need to articulate their ideas clearly and confidently.

 

Learn Link Art

  • Fostering imagination and creative freedom. We believe academic growth is deeply tied to creative expression. Learn Link Art provides dedicated resources, mentorship, and in-person community workshops centered around the visual and performing arts, bringing a vital creative balance to our core STEM and literacy programs.

Operations & Community Impact


Learn Link Charity

  • The philanthropic engine making it all possible. Our charity division manages the fundraising campaigns, community grants, and financial strategies that sustain our foundation. Their work guarantees that every tutoring session and learning resource remains entirely free for the families who need us most.

 

Outreach

  • Connecting mentors with the students who need them. Outreach is the bridge between Learn Link and the broader community. This team partners with local K-12 schools, connects with families, and actively recruits the generous volunteer tutors who form the supportive backbone of our foundation.

 

Media

  • Sharing the stories of thousands of small wins. As our visual storytellers and digital strategists, the Media team manages our online presence. Through engaging campaigns, photography, and platform management, they ensure our message of accessible education reaches the right audiences.

 

Events

  • Building community, both online and offline. The Events team brings our mission to life through interactive experiences. Whether coordinating a virtual student seminar, a hands-on local arts workshop, or a volunteer appreciation night, they design seamless gatherings that foster connection and collaborative learning.
